Mixing brainstorming, competitor SWOTs, feature generation workshops.
Concept sketches of new types of grip, hold, fold and stick. Looking for new aesthetics at the same time.
Extensive in-car testing of products looking for pain points and insights for new USPs.
Context interviews and participatory design workshops with the highest frequency users of these types of products.
We then developed a series of concepts which were validated with quantitative and qualitative research studies.
Mockups were then made of the top concepts, these were then presented with the Research data to our C-Level stakeholders.
